  • We meet via Google Meet, and you’ll receive the secure link in advance. Interactive elements will be facilitated using simple tools like shared docs and virtual whiteboards—no special tech skills required.

  • To respect the privacy and presence of all participants, the retreat will not be recorded. This ensures a safe space for live participation and open sharing.

  • I encourage full attendance to get the most out of the experience, but I understand life happens. You’ll still receive all the materials and the Resilience Toolkit to explore at your own pace afterward.

  • Each retreat is intentionally kept small and intimate (8–15 participants) to ensure meaningful interaction, personalized support, and a grounded group experience.
