1. Registration & Participation

Registration for the course is binding and takes place online. Full payment of the course fee is due upon booking.

2. Course Duration & Access

The course is an online, self-paced 4-week program, with 3 months of access from the date of purchase.

3. Participation Requirements

Participation is at your own responsibility. The course is intended for healthy individuals. If you have existing or past mental or health conditions, prior medical consultation is required.

4. Liability

Participation in the course is at your own risk. The course instructor assumes no liability for any damages resulting from participation, unless caused by gross negligence.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation is not possible after online purchase. No refunds will be issued.

6. Extension

The course is designed for self-study. If the course is not completed within the 3-month access period, an individual solution may be arranged, providing access for an additional one month.

7. Data Protection

Personal data collected during registration will be treated confidentially and used solely for course administration. No data will be shared with third parties.

8. Copyright

All course materials, audio files, and accompanying resources are protected by copyright and intended solely for the personal use of participants.

9. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
